The South Texas Stampede team wrapped up 2024 with an outstanding performance at the annual Winter Wonderland Steak Cookoff held in Graham, TX, on December 6th and 7th. Against the enchanting backdrop of Possum Hollow Camp’s dazzling holiday light display, this two-day Winter Wonderland Steak Cookoff event was as festive as it was competitive, and STS came away with 12 top-ten calls across several categories.
We’d like to extend our gratitude to Brett and Shelly Galloway, Ken Phillips, and the incredible volunteers from the Steak Cookoff Association who managed this event. Their dedication made the Winter Wonderland Cookoff an unforgettable experience.
