My journey into the world of competitions began with a jackpot entry in BBQ, and to my delight, I secured first place in the dessert category. The judges couldn’t resist my mouthwatering Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake!
Armed with a Culinary Arts degree from The Arts Institute of Houston, I bring a solid foundation of knowledge and creativity to the table.
