The first day of the SCA World Championship Day 1 was thrilling and memorable for South Texas Stampede (STS)! Our incredible and talented women took center stage in the SCA Preliminary Sandwich Challenge, and our skilled rib chef showcased his expertise in the Ribs Preliminary. Each of them proudly heard their names called, marking a strong start for STS.

The STS Queens demonstrated culinary excellence, securing top placements in their respective groups. Congratulations to Norma Maune and Evy Homann, who competed in the same group and Renee Rodriguez, who excelled in her separate group. All three have advanced to the final round on Sunday, March 16th, where they will compete in the Seafood category.
