The third and final day of the SCA World Championship XI was nothing short of spectacular for South Texas Stampede (STS). With three major championship finals—SCA Steak World Championship XI, SCA Ancillary World Championship XI, and the Ribs World Championship—as well as an additional steak open, our talented chefs proudly represented STS among the best in the world.
SCA Ancillary World Championship XI Results
Our incredible STS Ancillary Queens showcased their culinary brilliance, each placing within the top 15 globally. The highlight was Norma Maune, who emerged victorious as the NEW SCA Ancillary World Champion at the SCA World Championship XI!
