Kicking off with an electric atmosphere, the SCA World Championship X Dinner Party set the tone for what was an unforgettable weekend for the South Texas Stampede (STS) team. Surrounded by the camaraderie of STS members and friends from the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA), the evening was not just about good food and laughter but also a moment of pride as our team walked up the stage, basking in the applause for the numerous awards won during the 2023 Cookoff Season.
