Surrounded by the camaraderie of STS members and friends from the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA), the evening was not just about good food and laughter but also a moment of pride as our team walked up the stage, basking in the applause for the numerous awards won during the 2023 Cookoff Season.

The competition kicked off with the SCA Cowtown Rib Classic, setting the stage for what was to become a showcase of culinary excellence.
